Harvard Law School to Offer Course on Collaborative Law

We are pleased to report that Harvard Law School will be offering a course this fall on Collaborative Law. The three-credit course, which focuses on ethics issues, is entitled “Legal Profession: Collaborative Law.” The enrollment is capped at 40 students, and there is currently a waiting list to get into the course. The course will be taught by David A. Hoffman, Esq., Mediator, Arbitrator, Collaborative Lawyer, of the Boston Law Collaborative, LLC.
